Good news Texans; if all goes according to plan, you may have Eva Longoria as one of your Senators within the next few years. This week, several outlets are reporting that our favorite Desperate Housewife may be entering politics.

For the record, Eva has already been involved in several major campaigns. President Barack Obama acknowledged her efforts during his 2012 re-election and she has spoken at multiple high-profile rallies.
Now, Longoria may be ready to take those ambitions even further. E! News is reporting that she’s contemplating a mayoral run in Corpus Christi, which could eventually transition into a possible Senate campaign.
“Eva wants to start her career from the bottom, maybe in a city hall in her native Texas or as Mayor of San Antonio or Corpus Christi,” the site claims. “Her two-year plan is to get to the Senate.”
Whatever Eva is planning to do next, she definitely has our vote!
